When you use TheConclave Dominion's web dashboard and login with Discord OAuth, we collect the following information:

• Discord User ID — to identify your account and verify your server roles
• Discord Username — to display your name in the admin panel
• Discord Avatar — to display your profile picture
• Discord Server Roles — to determine your access level (Admin/Owner)

The data we collect is used solely for:

• Authenticating your identity when you log into the admin panel
• Verifying that you have the correct Discord role to access admin features
• Displaying your username and avatar in the dashboard UI
• Processing Clave Shard Shop orders — your in-game name, tribe name, and map are sent to our Discord webhook for admin fulfillment

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties outside of Discord's own platform.

When you log in with Discord, we create a session cookie on your browser to keep you authenticated. This session:

• Expires after 7 days or when you manually log out
• Is stored server-side on our Render backend — only a session ID is stored in your browser
• Does not track your browsing activity outside of this dashboard
• Can be cleared at any time by clicking "Logout" or clearing your browser cookies

When you submit a Clave Shard Shop order through the dashboard, the following information is sent to our private Discord channel via webhook:

• The item or tier you ordered
• Your in-game character name
• Your tribe name
• The map you're playing on
• Your Discord username
• Your order specifics

This information is visible only to TheConclave admins in our private Discord channel and is used solely to fulfill your order.

Our dashboard integrates with the following third-party services:

• Discord — for OAuth2 login and webhook order delivery. See Discord's Privacy Policy
• BattleMetrics — for live server status data. Public game server data only. See BattleMetrics Privacy Policy
• Nitrado — our game server hosting provider. See Nitrado Privacy Policy
• Cloudflare Pages — static site hosting for this dashboard
• Render — backend API hosting

You have the right to:

• Access — ask what data we hold about you
• Deletion — request your session data be removed at any time by logging out
• Opt-out — simply don't use the Discord login feature if you prefer not to share data

Since we only store session data (no persistent database of user profiles), logging out automatically clears all data we hold about you.
