By joining and playing on TheConclave Dominion ARK: Survival Ascended servers, accessing our web dashboard at theconclave.pages.dev, or participating in our Discord community, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time and will notify the community via Discord announcements.

All players are expected to follow our community rules at all times. Violations may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent removal from all TheConclave services.

• Treat all players and staff with respect — harassment, hate speech, or discrimination will not be tolerated
• No griefing, exploiting game bugs, or cheating of any kind
• No stealing dinos or raiding outside of the designated PvP map (Aberration)
• No blocking obelisks, caves, artifact spawns, or other shared resources
• Tribe Wars on PvE maps are strictly opt-in only
• Excessive base spam or abandoned structures may be cleaned up by admins after 14 days of inactivity

The Clave Shard Shop allows players to request in-game items and services from our admin team. By placing an order you acknowledge:

• All orders are fulfilled manually by admins and are subject to availability and admin availability
• Orders are non-refundable once fulfilled
• Dino Insurance is a one-time use per dino and requires the dino to be named in advance
• We are not responsible if a dino backup cannot be restored — we will always try our best
• Abuse of the order system (false orders, chargebacks, etc.) will result in a ban
• Shards and Con Coins have no real-world monetary value and are non-transferable

TheConclave Dominion operates as a community gaming server. Financial contributions via CashApp ($TheConclaveDominion) or Patreon are voluntary donations to help cover server hosting costs.

• Donations are voluntary and non-refundable
• Donating does not guarantee any specific in-game advantages beyond those explicitly listed in the Shard Shop
• Patreon subscribers receive access to the Amissa donator map as a thank-you
• We are not a registered business — donations go directly toward Nitrado server hosting costs

TheConclave admin team reserves the right to:

• Remove any player from any or all servers at any time for rule violations
• Make final decisions on all disputes — admin decisions are final
• Modify server settings, wipe maps, or make changes to maintain server health
• Refuse service to anyone for any reason

Admins will always aim to be fair, transparent, and responsive to the community.

TheConclave Dominion servers are provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee:

• 100% uptime or server availability
• Preservation of in-game progress in the event of server issues, wipes, or game updates
• Restoration of lost dinos, items, or structures due to game bugs or server crashes

We will always make a good-faith effort to resolve issues and notify the community of planned downtime in advance.

TheConclave Dominion and all associated branding, names, logos, graphics, web content, server configurations, community systems, and creative works are the exclusive intellectual property of TheConclave Dominion and its owner.

• The name "TheConclave", "TheConclave Dominion", the eye symbol, the rainbow drip branding, the Clave Shard system, Con Coins currency system, and all associated visual identity are proprietary and may not be reproduced, copied, imitated, or used without explicit written permission
• The web dashboard, its design, layout, and functionality — including the Clave Shard Shop system — may not be copied, cloned, or redistributed in whole or in part
• All server configurations, custom mod setups, event systems, and community structures are the property of TheConclave Dominion
• Any content created by TheConclave staff in an official capacity (announcements, event designs, shop systems, community rules) remains the property of TheConclave Dominion
• Unauthorized use of TheConclave's branding or systems to represent a competing or unaffiliated server is strictly prohibited

Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use TheConclave's intellectual property except as explicitly stated herein. Any unauthorized use may be subject to legal action.

TheConclave Dominion is an official Nitrado partner. Our servers are hosted exclusively on Nitrado infrastructure. The Nitrado name, logo, and branding are the property of Marbis GmbH / Nitrado. Our partnership does not imply endorsement beyond the official partnership program.
